  • Each snippet purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use on a single Shopify store
  • License is tied to one specific Shopify store URL
  • Additional store usage requires additional licenses

2.2 Usage Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any snippets
  • Modification of snippet code is prohibited except as necessary for implementation
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code is prohibited
  • Creating derivative works is prohibited

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in USD ($) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Once purchased, price changes do not affect existing licenses

3.2 Refund Policy

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
  • Refund requests must be submitted through support channels
  • Refunds are processed using original payment method

4. Support Services

4.1 Support Scope

  • Installation assistance
  • Bug fixes and technical issues
  • Implementation guidance
  • Response times vary based on issue priority

4.2 Support Limitations

  • Custom development is not included
  • Theme modifications outside snippet implementation are not covered
  • Third-party plugin conflicts are not supported

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Implementation

  • Backing up store theme before installation
  • Following provided implementation instructions
  • Maintaining current theme and Shopify versions
  • Testing snippets in development environment when possible

5.2 Account Security

  • Maintaining account credentials security
  • Reporting unauthorized access
  • Keeping contact information current

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Service Warranty

  • Snippets are provided "as is" without warranty
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • No guarantee of specific business results

6.2 Limitation of Liability

  • LiquidBoost is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to purchase amount
  • Not responsible for data loss or business interruption

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
